ISO 9000 is an international standard for quality management systems. It focuses the organisation to establish what the customer wants, and uses quality management principles to satisfy their expectations.

AVTS embarked on the path to ISO 9000 to improve service delivery to customers and have been successfully evaluated against this standard since 2002.

Latest news:  Both AVTS Wingfield and AVTS Culemborg have been audited and found to be compliant to ISO 9001:2008, with no findings in April and May 2011.
