  2. ID of new owner
  3. Receipt or agreement of sale of vehicle
  4. Notice of Change of Ownership form
  5. Certification of Roadworthiness (remember that this is not an actual certificate, but a printout from the eNatis system that notifies that the vehicle has been declared roadworthy)
  6. Completed Blue RLV Form (Application for registration and licensing of motor vehicle)
  7. Proof of address (utility bill or telephone bill)
